About Soliton Wellbeing

Discover the journey of Soliton Wellbeing, our philosophy, and how we help you find calm and reconnection in a busy world.

My journey to wellbeing

I’m Nicola, a fully qualified, Level 3 Sound therapist and Massage therapist and nature connection guide, dedicated to supporting nervous system regulation through sound therapy, massage, movement, and nature‑based practices.

Having experienced severe burn-out from years in a highly pressurised corporate job, I feel honoured to be able to share the tools of my successful journey to allow you to also thrive in this busy, modern world.

Through sound therapy, breath-led grounding, massage, and sensory reconnection with the natural world, I help people soften out of survival mode and rediscover a steadier, more regulated way of being.

Our unique trauma-informed approach

Our work is rooted in the belief that the body already knows how to heal when given the right conditions: safety, slowness, and a return to the natural rhythms we were designed for.

Our approach is warm, gentle, evidence-informed, and deeply human. We believe regulation isn’t a technique, it’s a relationship — with yourself, with your senses, and with the natural world that shaped us.

Our sessions weave together the vibrational support of sound and gentle somatic practices.

Our guiding values

At Soliton Wellbeing, our core values revolve around supporting nervous system regulation through practices that honour the body's innate wisdom.

We believe in creating conditions for natural healing: safety, slowness, and a deep connection to the natural rhythms of life.

This is a space for deep rest, reconnection, and remembering what it feels like to be well.

Our intention is to offer a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect, and build resilience from the inside out.

"Nicola creates such a warm and safe space; I always leave feeling deeply relaxed and reconnected."
