My approach to holistic massage is intentionally gentle, trauma‑aware, and deeply nurturing.
All the products we use are individually sourced and organic.
The space is calm and unhurried, giving your body time to settle before any touch begins. Every movement is slow, intuitive, and guided by your comfort.
This technique creates a safe, soothing approach where our bodies and minds can soften, release, and return to itself.
Treatments are either held in my home or we offer a mobile service to a place of your choice.
